Solomon Afahokor was Legal Adviser and Company Secretary to a holding company with substantial interests in the finance, insurance and real estate sectors, and its seven subsidiaries. In this capacity, Solomon participated in the production of the legal framework for the auto-insurance scheme in Lagos State for a consortium of underwriters. He was also part of a team of Solicitors that drafted a Bill for the Citizens Protection Scheme in Delta State, Nigeria.

  • He is an ardent litigator with experience in the trial and appellate Courts in Nigeria.
  • He has also driven negotiations that have culminated in the amicable resolution of disputes on behalf of the Firm’s Clients. He provides Company Secretarial and legal advisory services to Clients in different sectors of the economy.
